ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2022 The Society held its Annual General Meeting on Friday 13th May
2022, at The Shepherds Inn, Carlisle.
The meeting was opened, at 7.00pm, by the Society Chairman, Graham Brindley, who welcomed everyone present.
The meeting approved the report of the Council and the statement of accounts
The Chairman of the meeting took the opportunity to thank all Council Members for their hard work during the last year.
THERE BEING THREE NOMINATIONS FOR THE THREE VACANT SEATS, THE FOLLOWING WERE ELECTED: -
