         Options
Entrepreneurs are opportunity focused and they reject limited options. In general they ignore restrictions and find it hard to understand that people think in limitations, problems, etc. Kennedy states in The Ultimate Marketing Plan, "It's amazing how people spent their lives in prisons entirely of their own making, the key dangling right there in the lock, no jailer in sight.... If you are to succeed as an entrepreneur, you have to break free of your old reacting and responding mode and switch to the assertive, proactive fashion ... Reject any idea that removes any option from your table” (Kennedy, page 5, 2011) :
• Task
Do you know creative entrepreneurs in your organisation? Is there an opportunity- oriented culture within your organisation? Are people encouraged to come up with new ideas?
