With reference to the Board mee4ng held on 23 May 2014, I can confirm we both told Michele before the start of the mee4ng that we are recording the discussion.
The recording was made in case we needed to update Jamil who was absent and so that there could be no argument over what was discussed at a later stage and Michele thought it was a good idea.
