She is still concerned that her legal rights are being withheld and is
only requesting -
A/ dates of the directors meetings
B/ copies of minutes
C/ who was present
D/ confirmation of signatures of those present
Hopefully with goodwill, this administration problem can be overcome.
If you can release the requested documentation, this would be
appreciated.
Mrs Hillgarth will address the problems you have raised.
Mrs Hillgarth has been brought up to date and hopefully if both parties
provide the necessary information to each other
legal action can be avoided.
