Dear Paul
I am sorry I had not noticed your e-mail about panelling. I have now read it and will consider all options when I return.
Regarding Flats 3, 5, 8, 9, could you please send me a copy of the latest correspondence that they sent claiming that I have voted with them on both matters (interiors and contractors) and I will confront them. I need some kind of document or another reference in order to discuss it with the persons who are claiming so.
As for contacting any of the four directors when there is a query/issue, are you going to divide responsibilities among yourselves or should we, the lessees, pick one at random to contact. My immediate issues are the vote and the panel, could you please advise me which director do I follow these up with?
I hope that we are almost there in sorting out the matter of the vote. Regards
Samya

This was sent - here it is again .... I received your complaining email and points noted - but as previously suggested it is not me or Segar who is considering your vote to be with us, it is Flats 3, 5, 8 and 9 who maintain you voted with them - so suggest you clarify your neutrality with them as Segar and I fully understand your neutral position.
It makes little difference save for the added additional Reserves which will go through the roof - something which I hope you are now well aware of and do not complain when the first demands go out etc or say you did not understand the consequences of your decision to remain neutral - or worse still, not to inform Flats 3, 5, 8 and 9.
Both Segar and I note your original intent to vote with the majority whoever that might be - that it is now Flats 3, 5, 8 and 9 and indeed Flat 1 will also join them no doubt as its a sublet flat and like Michele, the more they spend on the common parts the more they'll get from renting it out. Adding your vote to the majority makes it 7-3 (the three against being me, Segar and Jamil).
Hope that now clarifies, closes and confirms the situation re: Internals to your satisfaction. And I would finally remind you that Michele is also a director of Mitre House Management and as such bears the same responsibility in sorting out complaints and problems experienced at Mitre House. I cannot and will not be at your disposal for each and every query, worry or complaint just because I live here. Segar, Jamil and Michele are also at your disposal as Directors of Mitre House Management Limited, not just me.
As you are now well aware, courtesy of an, as yet, unacknowledged letter written to you from Segar, making it abundantly very clear with documentary proof, that I was wrongly accused of tampering with the voting on the Internals. Had you made clear at the infamous (non-unanimous vote, as you insist, yet they don't) your position, especially after your chat with me and your subsequent email confirmations, we would not be in this fractious situation throughout the entire block. Since then, I have relinquished my stewardship of the Internals as indeed my word is my bond, but as Segar's letter made clear, some others do not have that same integrity.
Seeing as you copied your email to Segar, I will do same with this. Look forward to seeing you on your safe return on 21st October possibly. The panel query is, as I said, below and was sent as a second email to the Allah one - and if you can't take a lighthearted joke, then best keep me at arm's length from now on.
Love, Paul x
