2) Mrs Hillgarth will voluntarily relinquish her shareholding in MHML forthwith for its nominal value of £1

Unless your client agrees with the following requests in full within 7 days, we will instruct our Solicitor to commence immediate proceedings for issueing falsely documented Short Term Tenancy Agreements in the certain knowledge of specific requirements of her lease covenants being illegally and subreptitiously ignored in order to avoid her legally required obligations to both MHML and our Freeholder and her Tenants:
1) You will confirm in writing that Mrs Hillgarth withdraws all her accusations and requests to date with immediate effect and no further correspondence be entered into between ourselves as per all references made in your 23 March 2016 initial letter and subsequent correspondence.
3) Mrs Hillgarth will compensate MHML on invoice for £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) for the time, effort and costs in dealing with all matters since your initial letter of 23 March 2016 and subsequent correspondence to date.
MHML will agree in a written and witnessed document [subject to legal legitimacy] to not taking the matter further as regards the misuse of Tenancy Agreements and rely simply on Mrs Hillgarth complying with all lease covenants within six months from the date we receive full confirmation on all points.
If we do not receive full agreement on items 1-3 above within 7 days we will pursue Mrs Hillgarth for what is without doubt proven fraudulent actions and seek further reference from her previous tenants for their probable involvement and possible financial reimbursement.
