Editor is Millie Morrow (right). After spending 14 months in Customer Services for Fujifilm, Millie has moved into the Moving Image Department to fill Michelle’s shoes. ■
Hosted at the Grosvenor House by radio broadcaster Brenda Emmanus, this star studded event saw both established and up-and- coming black television and film artists, receive awards in recognition of their contribution to the entertainment industry.
Eriq La Salle, ER’s Dr Benton, presented and received The Lifetime Achievement Award on behalf of Pam Grier, alias Foxy Brown (1974) and Jackie Brown (1997). Best Male Performance in television went to Eamonn Walker for the title role in ITV’s modern-day adaptation of Othello. Zak Ové walked away with The Emerging Talent
Award while Remi Adefarasin BSC won the Best Cinematography award for About A Boy, Johnny English, Elizabeth and Band of Brothers.

ous years with the company. We would like to thank Daphne for her dedicated service over many years and we wish her well for the future. Daphne’s replacement is Christina Pedersen (below) who has worked admirably for over 14 months on the reception desk at Fujifilm. ■
