Your non signed for Recorded Letter dated 11 May was luckily received this morning Tuesday 17 May - who signed for it, as it certainly wasn’t me or Mr Karupiah, being yet another question to date remaining strangely unanswered? And seeing as it was dated 11 May, posted 13th May and arriving 17 May, I’d rely on regular post in future to save your client some money to put towards her next trip abroad.
Mind you I think it fair to say we did warn you, but I would welcome proof of her departure from London before 1st April 2016 being the date we offered to comply and courier over the documents which as is well established was ignored due to your pneumonia and by all accounts Mrs Hillgarth’s Sahara trip?
Was she in London on 2nd April or not, that is the question?
Anyway, despite the aberration of the non-signed etc which no doubt you will consider my fault, I attach our comments to your letter which hopefully answer yet again your various hypotheses as to our ongoing alleged misfeasances etc etc. You appear to be very similar to Mrs Hillgarth with an inability to either read facts as stated nor reply to queries raised, relying somewhat on, like herself, an insistence on your demands being met whilst in debit on ours.
Every query you have yet again raised in your 11 May letter has been answered in previous lengthy letters from myself, three of which remained unanswered for a month until now and again the same queries?
As stated in my comments on your letter, I suggest you either put up or shut up, as dealing with a month's delay in responding to our valid replies due to your pneumonia and your client in blissful ignorance on, one presumes, a vacation in the Sahara, I feel the English courts will consider our replies and accompanied copy correspondence to date to have more than evidenced our initial compliance, our reasons for withholding a further offer of compliance until such time as the scurrilous defamations and libellous accusations levied against myself and MHML, [well disproved], are acknowledged as requested they be, your client complies with her lease covenants and finally we will let the courts decide (if indeed Mr Belafonte/RBK&C/Tenancy Relations Officer has not already advised) the validity or not of the failure by your client to have complied with the statutory requirements as outlined in her lease for viewing/requesting documentation.
My respect of forestry is evident in my prudent use of two sided printed. Yours is patently not! Yours sincerely,
Paul Brown-Constable
