Were your neighbours at 66 Bedford Gardens expecting you to take in their deliveries without polite reference to you, I think you would make comment.
I also think you would eventually refuse to take in deliveries which are not for you personally.
Were you incapacitated, asleep, in the bath or just resting and your door bell rings for a reason not associated with you, I feel you, too, would comment.
If your builder or gardener or housekeeper allowed unaccompanied entry to unannounced visitors I think you, too, would request in future they be careful and certainly make clear to any neighbours or indeed the local Police, of recent intrusions.
My email to all lessees, within minutes of the problem, is just one example of both good Management and good neighbourliness and not for the reasons you suggest.
We still await full compliance to your lease covenants please. Paul
