2c_namely: MHML did not advise, explain and both seek, and receive, all 9 lessees’ approval and agreement for a voluntary, but required to proceed with lessees’ works’ requests and budget, contribution of £2000 per lessee [as stated in the 22 June 2014 s.20] and made clear it was a strict necessity to have a 100% agreement from all 9 lessees or we could not legally proceed.
2d_namely: MHML did not advise, explain and both seek, and receive, all 9 lessees’ approval and agreement for a voluntary, but required to proceed, contribution of £867.87 per lessee for an urgently needed replacement Water Tank, and made clear a necessity to apply for an s.20 dispensation
if we could not get 100% agreement from all 9 lessees, which would take time [which we didn’t
have, as required scaffolding would not be in place resulting in a far higher cost at a later date [with dedicated scaffold] as well as the fact the tank itself was possibly dangerous and not fit for purpose - hence a dispensation request] We made clear a strict necessity to have a 100% agreement from all 9 lessees or we could not legally proceed without a required First Tier Tribunal (LVT) s.20 dispensation.
2e_namely: MHML did not advise, explain and both seek, and receive, all 9 lessees’ approval and agreement for a voluntary, but required to proceed, contribution of £593 per lessee for a communal TVSky install, and made clear it would be a necessity to instigate an s.20 set of Notices if we could not get 100% agreement from all 9 lessees, which would take time [which we didn’t have, as required scaffolding was a necessity to install into each flat]. We made clear a strict necessity to have a 100% agreement from all 9 lessees to both agree to wanting a communal system and to pay their voluntary share or we could not legally proceed under any circumstances, with or without an s.20 set of Notices.
2f_namely: MHML only charged Mrs Hillgarth for keys and no other lessees?
