Dearest,
It appears you are again ratcheting up your vitriol towards MHML and as ever, myself, with now a claim for one ninth of the works’ budget (£105,877).
As your Begg states clearly, this is because you did not know of “additional works”, nor of savings to be made, nor of myself (MHML) doing some of the works to save all lessees money etc etc?
As we have stated in correspondence on multiple occasions your accusations are totally fictitious and untrue. Seemingly these denials in correspondence with supporting hard copy evidence have either been ignored or considered irrelevant.
The attached “sample” audio clip is your arrival at midday on 23 May 2014 for our Board Meeting where you will recall we discussed everything, including banking, accounts, RTM, vote rigging, decor preferences and your disagreements with other lessees, majorities (or not), additional works, additional contributions from lessees (we mentioned £1000 and you suggested “why not more”), savings to be made, reductions in work’s schedule (Wade & AR Lawrence), works to be undertaken by other contractors other than AR Lawrence, including works to be done by MHML and charged to the budget/service charge, works to be done by myself.... need I go on?
If you wish to listen to the full 6hr 45mins audio recording before I reply to Mr Begg’s recent Court threat, please advise. If though you wish to only listen to certain passages as described above (banking, accounts, RTM, vote rigging, decor preferences and your disagreements with other lessees, majorities (or not), additional works, additional contributions from lessees (we mentioned £1000 and you suggested “why not more”), savings to be made, reductions in work’s schedule (Wade & AR Lawrence), works to be undertaken by other contractors other than AR Lawrence, including works to be done by MHML and charged to the budget/service charge, works to be done by myself) - please advise.
I would though make very clear that the 6hr 45mins audio has you agreeing in full knowledge of facts and statements made by both Segar and myself. Most pertinently to reducing the works’ schedule to fund other “additional works” you had sourced from Wade, and that MHML and myself were to attempt using any savings to progress those “additional works” and finally that you agreed that the full budget of £105,000 was not only for AR Lawrence but for other “additional workings” which MHML and myself could attempt to progress and charge for doing - in other words, totally contrary to the accusations you have made to date and are still insisting are true via Mr Begg and Mr Maunder Taylor.
I have to respond to Mr Begg’s Court Order letter on Monday morning and if I have not heard from you by then, I will advise both Mr Begg and Mr Maunder Taylor and the First-Tier Tribunal of the contents of his 6hr 45mins audio recording.
Love as ever, Paul (aka Marquis de Sade)
