Enclosed please find copy of letter in respect of a request received by
Mrs Michele Hillgarth.
The lady here is concerned that she has not received copies of the
Management Minutes which she feels she is entitled to.
In order to address her concerns could you please arrange to forward to
her direct the appropriate minutes.
She has asked that the minutes for the last 2.5 years be provided.
Please forward as well copies of notifications you said having sent as
those have never been received.
The individual concerned is only asking her legal entitlements in this
connection and we wish to avoid the appointment of legal
representatives on a simple and straightforward information provision
problem.
Your personal assistance would be very much appreciated we feel sure by
Mrs Hillgarth and of course ourselves and await your valued advices as
soon as you can.
