they'll show me how - so no cost (that's just our Mitre House Management Ltd) - if we did the Managing Agents and
formed another company, then we would need proper audited accounts (and accountants) so long as we could get 'em for less that what KFH are charging us a present (£1395 odd) - anything under a £1000 would seem reasonable.
We'll tally up all the various expenses to date (Company, Website etc) and then decide how to split - it won't be much around £100 each max - and Segar and Jamil (our accountant members) will advise how best to do etc - and Jamil will be finalising the shareholdings (filing the correct docs and then I'll copy you) - basically we're getting 10 shares each (that's 40 paid up in total) - meaning we all have equal shares (10) and equal rights etc - any worries let me know or run it past your accountant. Seems fine to me. I'm down as Secretary because when I formed it, someone had to be designated before they'd register the company. Doesn't worry me if someone else wants to be - carries no kudos, just a legal requirement and additional signatory.
Segar and Jamil are very good at deciding how best to use whatever income we receive into the company as we don't want to receive income from it (tax...!) so we'll simply await the time there is some income from somewhere and go from there, which will obviously be split 4 ways.... French women included.
Do please make sure you read that - Appointing Managing Agents pdf - I sent you the other day, it's brilliant and explains everything - whether or not we hire new ones or do it ourselves - Segar and I have perused it thoroughly -
