(para 48)_the key’s fiasco:
My email of 30 September 2014 explains it all:

Michele -
Thank you for your again unannounced and unexpected visit, this time with Her Majesty's Constabulary in tow including their back-up team as well.
If ever there were proof needed of your hell bent animosity against me personally, this has to take the candle.
And to refer to my innocent comment, wrongly, in my email of 13th September that you had best have protection borders on the insane. My comment was:
On your unexpected and unannounced visit yesterday Friday mid afternoon (15.30) expecting me to be at your beck and call to collect a replacement front door key, you are quite correct, on hearing the unannounced knock on my door, I opened my door to see you hiding around the corner and I said, oh no, Michele, no more, I've had enough of your duplicity and yes, I slammed the door. I just don't trust you and in the present climate, it would not be advisable for us to be in contact unless others are present.
Does that sound like you need a Police Officer in tow?
And due solely to MY misgivings as to what you MIGHT accuse me of doing to you - not the other way around.
Anyway enough said. As stated, the keys are still not in my possession - see further attached (the red card stating fees due) - despite your accusation that I was fibbing. I was not. I am far too busy arranging Mitre House as well as replacing my 5 windows to wander about collecting things for you. It will be done when I have the time, the energy, the inclination and all outstanding items are fully cleared from your overdue account with Management. Clear enough.
I refused to accept your cheque for the keys for the reasons stated. You are in serious arrears over other matters and until those arrears and debts are paid, we are not obliged to entertain additional requests.
I note you also offered a cheque to cover the Water Tank, but nothing else (save for the keys cheque destroyed in the presence of both you and the police officer).
When requested as to the other sums due, you said they would not be paid and had nothing to do with anything else.
I repeat what we have said to all lessees including you, that you cannot just cherry-pick those items you deem fit to pay. It is all payments requested to date both the arrears of £2000 and the voluntary payments to cover the new tank and the Communal TV install.
The reason you paid the tank contribution was your fear over your tenant's situation. I note also your recent confir- mation in agreement to install a Communal set-up when the question of your tenant's unauthorised dish came to the fore.
After your visit today, I'm presuming there will now not be a voluntary contribution towards the Communal set-up and you will be requesting your tenant to remove her Sky dish, unless of course you take that responsibility seeing as you gave her permission.
All the monies due Michele or none at all please.
Followed by her email to me on 6th October... yes 6th October 2014
For the avoidance of any misunderstanding, please look back at the previous correspondence regarding the delivery of my keys for the front door of Mitre House.
Back in your e-mail of 9th September 2014, you stated that the keys were going to be delivered on the Thursday i.e. 11th September. You sent a positive reply to my suggestion of me coming by to pick up the keys in your e-mail of 10th September.
When I came to collect them on Friday 13th September at 15.30 you slammed the door in my face and refused to hand over the keys. For the avoidance of any misunderstanding, one cannot hide behind a corner, I was standing in
