I can only hope you ploughed through my reasonably fair email to your client, Mrs Hillgarth, of this morning.
If you did, you would have noted many straightforward facts and figures including some pertinent and relevant queries (for the third time) requiring a response prior to attendance tomorrow at midday, in order to facilitate the real issues to hand as opposed to imagined and ignorant observations.
Mrs Hillgarth's response is as attached below - par for the course I regret and hopefully you will now appreciate her total contrariness and impossibility to work alongside, with an inability to respond intelligently to facts and figures presented
