As a courtesy, insKgated most neighbourly and significantly unique to date by Flat 2 some months previously, I too will be redecoraKng and renovaKng my Flat 7 over the coming 3 months which will cause some disquiet, noise, and inconvenience to neighbouring flats for which I can only apologise for in advance.
Inconvenience, noise and mess will be kept to an absolute minimum as indeed those other flats who have previously renovated will be well aware of the problems caused to neighbours despite never having advised neighbours of their intended works...! Let's hope Flat 2's precedent is now followed.
Those people sub-ledng should inform their sub-tenants please.
Any problems, complaints etc, do let me know 24/7 - works will only be executed during legal working hours, 8.00am - 6.30pm Mon - Friday and unKl 1.00pm on Saturdays (rarely). No work on Sundays
Thank you and again, my apologies for the noise and disrupKon that will ensue for a short while, some of which will be somewhat camouflaged by the Internal/External works also in hand.
