ALL NINE RESIDENTIAL FLATS ARE TO BE CONSULTED AS TO THE COLOUR SCHEME FOR THE WALLS & CEILINGS, THE PROPOSED NEW LIGHTING FITMENTS, THE LIFT REFURBISHMENT AND VARIOUS MISCELLANEOUS IMPROVEMENTS.
