Subsequent to your client, Mrs Hillgarth, repeating yet again her libellous accusation: "I suspect
that with all the amount of money you stole from your [the] leaseholders over the years of your management you have plenty of money to survive“ in an email dated 2 January 2019 @ 13.27 to seven lessee/owners of Flats 1, 2,3,4,7,8 and 9, you may wish to consider the proposal below?
This is not the first time Mrs Hillgarth has made this particular accusation [one of many others] to various third parties and since your initial letter of 23 March 2016 the very same accusation/innuendo has been repeated ad nauseam in reams of correspondence from you and most notably a particularly impertinent slur on my character in your letter dated 7 November 2016, somewhat foolishly sent to all lessee/owners by Mrs Hillgarth in her email to all lessee/owners dated 8 November 2016 @ 15.03 -
