I doubt very much that neither you nor Michael will miss Mitre House as indeed Bruce will confirm my predictions in correspondence in 2017 that Mrs Hillgarth turns on all Agents eventually and Maunder Taylor (nor indeed Strangford the new boys) would fair any better. You were dead in the water the minute you insisted she seek permission to sub-let? And the lifeboat holed beneath the water line when Michael so kindly allowed Resident Association art on 3rd floor.
I attach (pdf or book form) for your amusement my response to the official notification from MHMC(2017) Ltd - and if you and Michael and Bruce would like a lunch on me if in the vicinity prior to or post 1 July do let me know - I’d be delighted to oblige!
In the meantime my very best wishes and seeing as those terracottas were worth £500 plus (including a very recent April maintenance top up by me totalling £86.93) perhaps Dave could buy us all a slap up lunch when he next raids the place or advise how much he wishes to donate and I’ll pay it, get a receipted evidence, and he can reimburse me - My Receipt and an educational HOMEBASE idea of cost for good terracotta pots and saucers on the attached pdf to give both he and you their real value in a skip or someone’s back garden or the local Garden Centre?
