security to be paid before the landlord takes any enforcement action against the other lessee. Bearing in mind that the management is due to change hands shortly, we do not propose to take any enforcement action against any lessee in respect of any breach of lease during the course of this month and propose that they be dealt with by the head lessee company through their new managing agent after the date of handover.
