We need a Judge Judy to adjudicate this as you appear totally unable to do so given a very simple and straightforward proposal, which you’ve simply totally ignored and in fact denied all even prior to discussing - the audio, the additional works etc etc -
Re-read the attached and tell me what has changed in responses!?
Two more examples of your client’s ignorance and your incompetence in not doing due diligence on her banal accusations prior to communicating to one and all ad nauseam, namely:
i) You’ll recall your accusation that MHML had no official (for that read competent?) complaints procedure?
Are you familiar, as you should have been, of UK Government requirements c2014 for all Agents to be an accredited member of one of three approved schemes, one of which being Property Redress Scheme (PRS) ...?
MHML joined PRS in October 2014 some days after it became law. Our www.mitrehouse.com had our membership splashed on first page with a LARGE BLUE link to “4 R usual suspects” taking your client through to the “CONTACT US” page with a very large caption “CONTACT US - usual moaners - if disgruntled make your complaints directy to...PRS” alongside another LARGE BLUE Link direct to the PRS website....as well as having the PRS logo on all our stationery, email signature, communications etc etc
How stupid must one be not to have seen it, used it, and NOT to have accused MHML (me) of NOT having an official complaints procedure....? I won’t even mention our Director’s Indemnity Insurance or you’ll appear even more incompetent and she more mischievous!
But alas, our mitrehouse.com was considered everything under the sun save for informative - our face to face will disprove that rubbish in less than 3 minutes!
ii) You’re fast running out of ammo... see attached re: UK Government’s latest faux-pas contracting with a company who plagiarised their terms & conditions? And it’s not a bet but a racing certainty that you lifted the odd word, sentence, paragraph or headline when composing your excellent Corporate Acquisitions & Mergers still remaindered on Amazon (where else?) for £9.70, admittedly for the 1986 2nd Edition - no doubt the first issue has a premium price!

The reason I am requesting this addition is to confirm exactly what you have been told ad nauseam since your initial 13pp 23 March 2016 letter, namely all queries/accusations/innuendos were initially comprehensively answered in my reply to your 23 March letter dated 8 April 2016 (my comments on your 23 March letter), and yet again in response to your Draft/PFCB/12 July 2016 (Fraud Squad) sent 12 July 2016 by return, and indeed yet again on your 10 August 2016 Preliminary Notice LVT / SA sent to you on 31 October 2016 - and in multiple replies to your multiple correspondence both subsequent to above and to date.
I suggest you re-visit the three attached, as referenced above, all containing my replies on your document, namely:
