we do not expect, but hjope, the lift does not require major new workings in 2016 - no negotiations made to usual contract just fingers crossed the lift doesn’t break down and rewquire expensive parts
Kindly also send me a receipt for the above payment at you earliest convenience as well as copy of the building insurance when due for renewal.
