Lighting - both new (2) and replacing existing

Specifications & Recommendations For New Lights & Boxing In Meters and Surface Wiring
Front Entrance Hallway - we are adding two new Celing Pendant hanging lights meaning there will be four lights as opposed to the present two.
We are investigating ways to reduce the ugliness of both surface wiring (by maybe boxing it in) and the varied collection of Meters on each landing - regrettably a full boxing of the meters is NOT possible due to the lower edge being too low and dan- gerous for people hitting their heads - but we will be doing something to hid them.
All four hall lights will have new fitments yet to be determined. *
The two ceiling lamps on each landing will be replaced with new lights - style still to be finally determined. *
Watch this space!
All lights to have auto sensors meaning they will come on automatically (as well as manually when required).
Emergency Lighting is to be installed by way of Electronic Sensors on all lights
Emergency Lighting will also be installed on each Landingʼs Fire Escape to facilitate both escape and rubbish disposal at night. Again on sensors.
The place will look like Blackpool Tower on a Bank Holiday.
