As I mentioned previously, had you spent time looking for the relevant documents both you and your client (and indeed by all accounts Mr Leigh Pemberton) so desperately wished to be
advised of instead of printing off 52 pages of plagiarised T&Cs this tôme might be only a couple of pages re: your recent “forensics”.
One minute, initially, its illegal s.20 Notices, illegal workings, “stealing” (in your client’s parlance) leaseholders money, to more recently MHML, 2015 monies in and out & Benitor, and most recently MHML/Service Charge 2016 more monies in etc along with of course your faux pas regarding "meter cupboards/pigeon boxes" etc.
As previously stated, I’m having trouble keeping up with the onslaught of new innuendos, queries and accusations but here’s a brave attempt to respond to most if not all, and more importantly make certain we are both (or all three to include your client) singing from the same hymn sheet, which I fully appreciate will result in yet another accusation of obfuscation and chaff, but what the hell, it helps me get my memories down on record allowing your memory challenged client, Mrs Hillgarth, to do same or rebuke mine? I await redemption.
To that end and to allay any further references to “who said what, when and why” does your client concur to the two A Very Brief History & The exact train of events since episode one of this soap? just in case you are not actually aware of the actual facts as opposed to hearsay gossip from Mrs Hillgarth and more pertinently your quite obvious lack of due diligence in
digesting documents supplied by me to date and an even more obvious disregard for documents in her, as you referred to in your 23 March 2016 letter, voluminous file of correspondence. I submit that had you properly perused this voluminosity, if there were such a word, you would not have made the accusations as regards the “savings” etc etc [another example being no meter boxing, nor pigeon holes etc] as opposed to what you did do which was to pick out one or two totally fabricated un- truths spread about by your client to other lessees [examples being my flat being renovated as a “benefit in kind” as advised by your client to other lessees etc].
Hence I suggest you read carefully the exact chain of events with references on file [both in mine and your client’s voluminous] if further proof were needed and I am more than happy to pdf over any reference I’ve referred to in any correspondence to date since your letter of 23 March 2016, or any year previously or to any references in this and the following Addendum/Notes including in my re- minder: "Correspondence can be (has been) supplied to verify” when and if requested if you doubt or think I cannot prove a single word.
If having read every word in this major analysis of this pathetic affair you still believe that the rubbish you’ve been told by Mrs Hillgarth has any credibility whatsoever you are more stupid than I give you credit for. As regards the “forensics”, you have only raised those in pursuit of your fees which no doubt you’re having trouble getting paid... you’ll get used to it but don’t say you weren’t warned - I can hear her now threatening you with the Legal Ombudsman!
Thank your lucky stars I didn’t, as you inferred, steal £28,000 ‘cos if I had, I’d use it to hire an even better legal team than the best in town I have in mind at present!
And don’t forget to ask Mrs Hillgarth: “HOW DID YOU THINK MHML WERE FUNDING THE NEW LIGHTING?” cos’ that’s the first question your Barrister will ask her!
Mismanagement, non compliance of s.20 Notices, misleading lessees on any subject, illegally reducing works or budget, fabricating accounts, shoddy work, no supply of MHML tenders/costs/suppliers and god knows what else.
