I should ask you to bear in mind that if I consider that unreasonable costs have been incurred because of the approach you have adopted to this case, I will ask for costs to be awarded against the Respondent. The Tribunal’s rules give the Tribunal a discretion to award costs if they are persuaded that a party has conducted their case unreasonably.
