Thank you for a copy your letter of 3 December 2018 addressed to The Registrar of Companies; Companies House, Crown Way, Cardiff CF14 3UZ
As no doubt you will concur, the various accusations and innuendos outlined in detail in your letter are identical to those made in previous correspondence between ourselves, including those in your initial thirteen page letter of 23 March 2016 and in most, if not all, correspondence subsequently to date.
Consequently I am presuming that none of our replies to each and every one of your letters, in which we denied all and any accusations and innuendos, with comprehensive and irrefutable supporting documentation, have been taken notice of, or simply ignored, or considered untrue?
As a simple example, you have written in your 3 December 2018 letter to Companies House (I regret I cannot state page number as you do not oblige with numbering) the following:
“He [Paul Brown-Constable] has also declined to explain how much he personally had charged to MHML for the work undertaken by him. This remains unclear.”
Yet in your email to me dated 8 June 2017 (eighteen months ago) referencing the above charges, you state:
“It certainly seems surprising, to put it no stronger than that, that you should have prepared such a (very) detailed invoice on 31 December 2014 ....”
So, have you misled Companies House by maintaining this query “remains unclear?” And it would bizarrely appear you are claiming some items are too detailed but some, such as our accounts, are not sufficiently?
As stated, the above is one simple example of misleading and untrue statements made in your letter to Companies House and I have added further commentary in BOLD BLUE to each and every other untrue statement in your letter beneath each relevant paragraph, as indeed I have done on all your correspondence since 23 March 2016 which I can confirm are exactly the same denials and explanations as initially made on your 23 March 2016 letter and on all correspondence subsequently. Multiples of previous denials/explanations are identified by @@@
Every time I am in receipt of your correspondence I subsequently source yet further evidence in water-tight defence of MHML and without doubt, yet further evidence of your client’s dishonesty as is amply evidenced on the infamous audio recording of the 23 May 2014 Board Meeting which even comments on that were denied?
