Dear Paul,
As per the exchange below, since it is not clear (at least to me) what the proposed colour scheme is for the internal redecoration, below is the proposal agreed a while ago by the majority of Lessees (see previous documentation sent to you).
We should use white with 2 warm neutral colours (as shown in the picture):
• Ceiling and handrail horizontal line: White
• Low edge of the walls and panels (below white line): Dulux Natural Taupe 2 or 3 (or similar dark colour tone)
• Top edge of the walls (over white line): Dulux Natural Taupe 4 (or similar light colour tone)
The majority of the wall will be in a light colour, the handrail horizontal line in white will give sense of space and the darker colour for the bottom will ensure longer durability for the part more exposed to scratches, etc.
I appreciate the note of the tender mentions two colour as it is today, but I don’t think that using three can make any cost difference:
I think we should also see what A&R Lawrence has to suggest from the Dulux colour scale (to create similar effect to the picture), and how the proposed colours look like when tested on the wall.
Thanks
Diego (Flat 9)
