you were meant to find the first recorders - so don’t fret.....that’s part of the operation - and I do note your comment at the rendezvous that you said you were not advised the meeting of 23 May 2014 was being recorded - and asked if the notification was on tape - my reply, as you no doubt recall, was that obviously not, as we had to advise you BEFORE recording....and Segar has confirmed you were in his presence as was I - and then we commenced recording.
Funny you don’t remember as you considered it a good idea. And probably why at our rendezvous this evening you were so against further recordings - but alas, it’s quite legal to record one on one conversations - especially to prove what was said by both parties.... and you said enough to hang you re denial yet again of your agreement to save money and use for additional works not in the schedue of AR Lawrence....
And as I said, anyone disputing that savings made could be used to do items not affordable needs sectioning - you’d have to be an imbecile to deny the common sense of making savings of works not required to do works that our required - and that I’m afraid is exactly where your vast legal fees have disappeared to in attempting to deny that common sense - even if a judge thought I’d tampered with a tape, he think it was a good tamper!!!
