Firstly it was not dated 1 June, but 2 June 2014 (making sourcing almost impossible and this is just one example of multiple errors in correctly dating emails/correspondence as well as mis- quoting text to your advantage - sloppy, unprofessional and incompetent) - secondly there was no mention of “dividend” as you have been advised innumerable times previously as well as the fact that MHML have never ever issued a “dividend” - the text actually was:
“Don't forget that once Segar's and my Lease extension monies arrive in our Manage- ment account (mid August latest), there will be another pay out to all of us of around £3500 meaning we've doubled our investment in the Head Lease in less that 3 years..... not a bad return.” Begs the question of how many other lies have you told, Mr Begg?
You still have not understood what her actual complaint is/was, namely, MHML’s refusal to appropriate funding (what she wanted to spend) for initially the internals well in excess of avail- able reserves, followed by an application for an RTM to enforce her demands and replace MHML with other agents whom she felt would be more agreeable to her demands and all due to MHML’s insistence she, as a director of MHML, complies with her lease covenants and desist in signing off tenancy agreements stating that all consents had been received? They had not been nor ever requested.
So instead of sending me photos to identify prime suspects let me educate you on the exact train of events since episode one of this soap, all of which, were you to revisit her voluminous memories, you will uncover the veracity of unless of course Mrs Hillgarth disagrees, namely:
In the beginning there was the Auction to purchase the Head Lease on 14 July 2011 - which your client DID NOT ATTEND as abroad - par for the course? In fact despite her insistence it was she who had instigated the very idea of purchasing the Head Lease, she would have had no idea of the Auction’s existence unless I had advised her when notification was hand deliv- ered to all lessee/owners at Mitre House, and obviously unaware of her correct home address adding yet more credence to our Agents confirmation that they had been denied permission to give out Mrs Hillgarth’s home address to the Residents’ Association (internal management).
On her eventual return to UK mid September 2011, we had formed MHML and immediately commenced gathering multiple quotations for various Internal workings all of which were posted eventually on www.mitrehouse.com in readiness to commence all required legalities, s.20 Notices etc from 1st January 2012.
Correspondence can be (has been) supplied to verify.
These various quotations encompassed workings that had been variously discussed for decades by resident owners including your client, most recently when it was decided to pur- chase the Head Lease and run the place the way we all wanted, economically and efficiently. Mrs Hillgarth is on record as saying “it was to protect our money” (Reserves) so then she sets about attempting to spend it in bucket loads

No quotes were garnished at this time (late 2011) for Mail Pigeon Boxes, nor Meter Cupboards nor indeed Signage as these cosmetic items came about in later discussions (early 2012) and well evidenced in correspondence in early 2012 (ref email 23 March 2012 @ 16.58 - ie exactly 4 years prior to your 23 March 2016 nonsense} as being a wish list of Mrs Hillgarth (Meter Boxes/Cupboards), Mail Table/Pigeon Holes (Flat 3 along with carpets & auto light switches}, Video Entry System, Lift refurb (Flat 9).
