These three aspects should not be a problem and if you could just prepare copies of the minutes and copy of the correspondence sent to Mrs Hillgarth which she requested (but not received 0 and confirm when these are ready and hopefully we can help to resolve the impasse with you both. Your confirmation awaited. Your client, Ms Michele Hillgarth has been advised on numerous occasions that all and any company documentation is in order and more recently, on yet another accusation of paperwork, minutes etc not being in order or made available to her as a Director of Mitre House Management Limited, she was requested to pay an overdue invoice owed to Mitre House Management Limited, and a request to confirm that she would fully comply with her lease requirements, namely to fully carpet her premises and seek permission from the Head Lessor to sub-let her property. None of the above has been received. Once it is, we will advise Ms. Hillgarth of all and any relevant paperwork, which as ever, she denies notification of or receipt of, to date. I'm afraid there is a lot more to this story than you can ever imagine. And reams of paperwork evidencing her constant non-response to requests, be those by text, email or telephone.... reams! Yours sincerely, Paul Brown-Constable
