Until 30th June 2019 we act in accordance with the instructions we receive from Michael Maunder Taylor as FTT Appointed Manager. Whilst the enquiry came from a leaseholder regarding the pots and shed in situ we have acted in accordance with the instructions received from Michael and not an individual or group of leaseholders. Initially our client was satisfied with the position the fire alarm control panel had been installed in however, on 16th April 2019 Michael attended site to meet the Directors of Mitre House Management Company 2017 Ltd to discuss the management of Mitre House upon expiry of the Order. Following this visit to site, Michael was also able to look at the panel location and noted that it was not in an ideally accessible location in the event that the Fire Brigade did attend site, something which could only really be appreciated once it was seen in person. We were therefore instructed by Michael to have the panel re-sited to its current location. The majority of responses received was in favour of a managed use approach. With regard to the shed and plant pots, firstly I apologise that I have not responded to all your emails in a timely manner.
