Details of the Mitre House Refurbishment Project 2014 -6- SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT TO CITY OF LONDON POLICE and to THE INSOLVENCY SERVICE mitre house management limited (“mhml”) – company no: 07731341 mitre house, 124 King’s road, london sW3 4tP (“mitre house” or “the Property”) directors of mhml: Paul Brown-constable, dima international limited (Jamil raja) and segar Karupiah (resigned 29 september 2016) (together “the directors”). 10. Jamil raja, a certified accountant who currently prepares the accounts of mhml, was at all material times (and remains) a shadow director of mhml. he technically exercises manage- rial control of mhml through a company called dima international limited (a corporate director, of which he is the sole shareholder and the sole director). he is not resident at mitre house but sub-lets his apartment there. A CONSIDERED RESPONSE: AS INDEED DOES MRS HILLGARTH NOT RESIDE BUT SUB- LETS AND AT ODDS WITH BOTH NEIGHBOURS AND PREVIOUS AGENTS FOR WELL OVER 30 YEARS AS CORRESPONDENCE ON FILE AMPLY EVIDENCES AS ATTACHED 11. at a board meeting of mhml on 23 may 2014, it was confirmed that a&r lawrence (only) would be contracted to carry out the external and internal refurbishment work. mrs hill- garth, not trusting the three other directors, having insisted that it was clearly noted in the min- utes that a&r lawrence be the sole contractor for the project. A CONSIDERED RESPONSE: IT WAS NOT CONFIRMED AS IS CLEARLY NOTED IN THE MINUTES, NAMELY IT STATES: IT WAS RESOLVED BUT A FINAL VOTE IS STILL TO BE ASSESSED. THERE IS NO MENTION OF “a&r lawrence be the sole contractor for the project”. YET ANOTHER MISQUOTE TO FURTHER A WEAK AND FAILED ARGUMENT - ANOTHER LIE 12. the final agreed section 20 letter dated 22 June 2014 stated that “management are contracting with the cheapest tender, a&r lawrence, for an estimated £105,019.38 inclusive for internals and externals commencing 1st september 2014”. there had been no quotation re- ceived at any stage from mhml or from mr Brown-constable to act in the capacity of contractor or sub-contractor on the project. nor was there any mention in the minutes of 23 may 2014, or in the section 20 letter of 22 June 2014, of any fees that would be payable to mhml or mr Brown-constable. A CONSIDERED RESPONSE: THE MINUTES ALSO DON’T MENTION MRS HILLGARTH USING THE BATHROOM TWICE...QUOTATIONS, COSTINGS, SCHEDULE OF WORKS AND BUDGETS WERE INDEED SUPPLIED BY MHML AND DISCUSSED WITH MRS HILLGARTH AT THE 23 MAY 2014 BOARD MEETING AS THE MINUTES MAKE CLEAR. ASPREVIOUSLYMENTIONEDIN(7)ABOVE:ATABOARDMEETINGON23MAY2014, MRS HILLGARTH HAD AGREED WITH HER FELLOW DIRECTORS PRESENT, TO MAKING SAVINGS WHERE POSSIBLE TO FUND ITEMS CONSIDERED UNAFFORDABLE WHICH SHE HAD REQUESTED OF WADE (AND HEMI) TO QUOTE FOR AND CONSEQUENTLY WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE FINAL SCHEDULE OF WORKS, WITH THE WORDS “WELL THEN EVERY- BODYWILLBEHAPPY”-SHEDENIEDAGREEINGANDMAINTAINEDATAPERECORDINGOF THEWHOLE7HOURMEETINGHADBEEN“DOCTORED”-ASSTATED,ITWASNOT.
