Michele - Do you ever read anything you're sent? Everybody has decided a Preference (A or B) except you and as usual you are, yet again, holding up a very, very, simple and easy process. How many more times do I have explain this?
Everyone is waiting to know which is the Preferred style (A or B) so your meetings can be arranged to discuss details with those who want to discuss, but I cannot send that out just because you have not sent in your preference. It's simple - A or B - It was made abundantly clear that if no Preference was forthcoming from anyone, their vote would simply be added to the majority vote.
Therefore, I suggest you make up your mind very quickly (the deadline was last Thursday 31st May), as we will NOT wait until it's convenient to you, but we'll simply proceed without you, attaching your non vote to the majority vote, which in truth will make most of us very happy, and that includes the Mitre House Management company and the Residents Association. This is a repeat of the contrary attitude and chaos you caused during the Head Lease purchase. Paul
