I am most disappointed and appalled at your comment.
As a ma@er of neighbourly courteousness Paul has informed all tenants of the impending works to his flat.
Whosoever does the work is none of our business, but to insinuate and make innuendos is not what was expected.
For the record, Michelle you had reviewed all the tender submissions ve@ed by the independent surveyor
If there are any wrong doings please provide evidence otherwise it doesn't augur well for ones own integrity and character.
