a leasee, I am requesNng that these details are released to everybody. Please see the a^ached e-mail as an example of avoidance.
Payments totalling £105,019 give or take will be appropriated for all works executed on behalf of Mitre House during the works in progress BUT seeing as there is only £98,626 in reserves we have cancelled certain workings such as the Terrazzo floor works (it will be left filthy. Also the front door left exactly as is at present as will the bell push, step, granite and door furniture. And we have reduced the internal painting to one colour throughout in white or I might decide black to suit the mood
As a final note, unNl you are transparent nobody is prepared to pay for any extras as you already have a large pot of funds to work with. By paying the windows individually that gave you an extra few thousand pounds for addiNonal expenses, so the budget should sNll be in working order if you are able to manage it properly with everything which was outlined
originally and all the savings you pretend have been made.
Are you totally ruddy crazy... the windows money IS ON TOP OF THE QUOTED £105,019 - has nothing to do with the £105,019 - it's a personal cost to each lessee for the state of their exterior windows and you should thank God you don't face the same type of charges to fix your own front doors - AND YOU WILL NOTE, one hopes, THAT ALL CHEQUES WERE WRITTEN OUT TO YOUR CONTRACTOR, A.R. LAWRENCE & SONS LTD (admittedly I'm one of the sons) and not Management - and if you actually think, or can't add up seeing as you were given a copy of all lessees costs that it came to a few thousand pounds, you're liable to be driven away in a white van and never see the light of day again. Thankfully everybody paid their dues except for your 6th ally, the famous virtual Flat 1 who haven't paid anything for 3 months - they're history, gone, done a runner, sold on the QT - a busted flush...
Your two attachments (the Electrical PIR and the email simple evidence my comments/answeres above surely?) par for the course with your accusations etc
That's it - I do hope that answers each and every query - and in truth I couldn't give a rats arse whether the tank gets replaced (as I clean my teeth in neat London Gin, or whether we have a communal TV Sky+ HD set- up as I don't watch or want to watch Sky and I have my own hi-powered 35 year old aerial cabled neatly down to my Drawing Room and Boudoir, and if I can do as I always recommended we do (via Management of course), save save save wherever possible, I get back my £2000, live with a filthy floor which I've lived with for 40 odd years (and if it's good enough for Peter Jones & John Lewis it's good enough for me) and no big deal with white or black on the walls - I'll simply close my eyes and dream of pink and blue.
BUT.... and it's a big BUT and I regret everyones Achilles Heel including mine......we'll be somewhat jeopardising our sales & letting marketability by having such a scruffy interior, leaving aside the lampshades - who the hell thought of those? They look like the've come from a Charity Shop!
Anyway, enough said. If you want your rental income stalled at a miserly £650 a week, and our selling at around the £800k mark, so be it - don't pay your dues, live with a bloody mess having spent upwards of £98,000 most of which you can't see the benefit of and be done with it -
Yours Disgusted Of Mitre House
PS just had my new windows installed today - brilliant - well worth the bovver....at least I have the good sense to make good use of scaffolding in position - yes, indeed a benefit in kind.... but can't get me on that as everyone was invited for the same benefit but alas no takers - and before any defamatory comments, I warned you - ask any more retarded queries and you'll get retarded answers - at least I'm a man of my word, as in fact are all Management as we pay our agreed amounts.
The $64,000 question is - did any of you ..and the resounding answer is no...Now pay the price and see if we care. I've got my new windows to keep me warm....!
PPS - the bet is still on.... my £2000 paid to anyone who can ask a query that hasn't been answered somewhere, sometime, most likely hundreds of times - I'll give you a hint.... always check out the little appreciated yet worryingly derided www.mitrehouse.org before you make a fool of yourself.
