• To Joint Venture 1.5 HA at 60 (Investor): 40(Owner)
• Building Cost (only) will be shared to both Investor and Owner, according to share holding percentage. Other expenses will be the Investor’s responsibility.
• Owner will be responsible for infrastructure.
