ARCHITECTURAL INSPIRATION
• Architectural theme stems from the Al Hambra Palace, Granada. It will create “Unique Selling Point” for Asian, since it will be the only Spanish + Roman architect in Asia.
• Building will be 9 stories tall. 3 Floors of Casino and 5 floors (100 rooms) of Luxurious stay. The upper floor is the Executive Floor for partners and their representatives.
• Marketing scheme thereafter follows the “Spainish” arts and culture: from interior design to food and performance.
