• The accommodation offering in Sihanoukville is slowly changing to cater to higher value tourist arrivals, with many projects in the development pipeline focused on hotel resort and casinos.
• Annual increase of hotel room in SHV is 138%, which will bring to the total hotel room to 7,391 rooms by 2020. The majority of these rooms (44%) are for Luxury & Upper Upscale category.
• SHV Hotel Room Occupancy is average at 90%
