While Winsupply of Indianapolis is a locally owned and operated wholesaler, it is also part of the organization, Winsupply. Winsupply is an independent corporation held together by a central philosophy of opportunity, responsibility and pride. The organization provides a support and communication network for over 570 Win companies. With this structure, we have the ability to act swiftly and make decisions locally that bene t our customers, while enjoying the buying power and nancial backing of one of the country’s top wholesale distributors.
Winsupply of Indianapolis began as N.O. Nelson in 1976 and was located in downtown Indianapolis. In 1980, the name was changed to Indianapolis Winnelson and the operation moved
to a small facility on the east side. As the company grew, it was relocated
to a larger facility on the west side of Indy. Rich Jenkins, a licensed plumber, took over as President in 1995 and has been leading our company ever since. Within a short time, the company had
once again outgrown its building, and in 2000, a brand new facility was built. The company then moved to its current location on Transfer Drive. In 2013,
we acquired Indianapolis Winair – a neighboring HVAC supply company. With its entrance into the HVAC market, we changed our name to Winsupply of Indianapolis to re ect its new identity as a multi-industry supplier.
