HOME-A-RAMA RECAP

First Internet Bank Home-A-Rama concluded on October 8th at The Lakes at Grassy Branch in West eld, IN. Five custom-built, fully decorated homes were showcased at the event, leaving attendees with inspiring ideas for new home projects and bene cial contacts to turn those dreams into reality.
TRENDS
Each home revealed cutting-edge designs, utilizing space with open  oor plans while bringing a comforting atmosphere to each room. This
year, we especially saw an emphasis on bathrooms, basement bars, and kitchens. Outdoor living spaces were also prioritized with  replaces and TVs,
and each home introduced some of
the newest trends in home technology. Exposed beams, industrial light  xtures, unorthodox  nishes, vaulted ceilings,
a two-sided  replace, double kitchen, craft room, and hayloft were just a few of the unique features that you got to see if you made it to the show.
RESULTS
7,290 people attended the show throughout the three weekends, and over 190 realtors attended on Realtor Day alone. After the surveys were tallied, BBG Construction went home with the People’s Choice Award. A fourth of attendees participated in the survey, providing positive feedback about demographics and attendee interests. A combined 85% said
they attended for decorating ideas,
