On behalf of the board of directors and staff of the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis, I want to wish you all a very happy new year!
As we begin a new year and I assume the role of board presidentforourorganization,Iwouldliketorecognize the strong leadership provided in 2015 from past presidentMicahHill. Micah’sleadershipassistedBAGI in producing another successful year which consisted ofmanysigni cantmoments. ThankyouMicahfor your commitment and dedication and I look forward to working with you closely in 2016.
Most importantly, we experienced a steady growth in building permit activity bringing us over 5000 permits for the year.
As I set goals and objectives for 2016, I feel very excitedabouttheyeartocome. Itrulybelieve2016 will bring success and growth to our industry here inCentralIndianaandcreateanevenstronger economic environment for us to live and work.

In 2015, we hosted several successful events including two home shows bringing over 12,000 attendees to our shows, building momentum in the industry. November’s BAGI Bash brought builders and vendors together building relationships, and let’s not forget the golf outings, council events, Industry Awards and countless other events we’ve all enjoyed throughout the year.
