J.C. Hart Company, Inc. celebrated the Grand Opening of its newest multifamily community in Carmel, Indiana – Lakeside Apartments of Carmel – on June 23rd. It was also a celebration of J.C. Hart Company’s 40th Anniversary. J.C. Hart has devel- oped and built 7,731 apartment units over the past 40 years at a value of over $600,000,000 with 4,992 currently in their management portfolio.
The J.C. Hart Company was formed in 1976 by John C. Hart, Sr. and John C. Hart, Jr. John, Sr. had been a hall of fame builder with over 10,000 housing units in the Indianapolis area since the early 1950’s. As time evolved, John, Sr. began to diversify into mixed use developments. This resulted in diversi cation into apartment development and management.
The company also recognized the need for long term commitment to quality management services for the residents of our communities.
