As 2015 comes to a close, I usually take some time to re ect on the year, which helps me prepare personal and professional goals for the upcoming year. AS I re ect on the happenings of 2015, I conclude without hesitation that overall 2015 was a successful year for our organization.

recovers. We hosted two successful home shows bringing nearly 9,000 attendees to the Sagamore Home-A-Rama and 2,000 to our rst ever Indy Rama. The good news is that the majority of all the show homes are sold and we are forging ahead with plans for another two shows in 2016.
We had some exciting events like the Industry awards, several golf outings, a shooting party, council meetings, BAGI Bash and many more fun networking events which members seems to enjoy. I attribute all those successful
