Sullivan Commercial is looking to hire a Scheduling Associate, e ective immediately
The Scheduling Associate is responsible for scheduling delivery and installation appointments for approximately 2,000 homes annually for 10+ homebuilders. The Associate reviews schedules from builders that are updated daily or weekly and make appropriate changes to the overall schedule and develop a daily schedule. Will also be responsible for coordinating the appropriate
manpower daily. Candidate will be expected to talk with multiple superintendents throughout the week to schedule and con rm deliveries.
Scheduling Associate will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure material is ordered in a timely manner for upcoming installation jobs.
SKILLS:
-Understanding of project management and construction processes -Pro cient in Microso Excel
-Able to easily learn new computer programs
-Strong communication skills
-Strong organizational skills
