WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT POSITION AT WORK?
Senior Vice President, Sales & Business Development
WHAT ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUES FACING THE RESIDENTIAL INDUSTRY AND HOW CAN BAGI ADDRESS THEM? First and foremost, the labor shortage and the skills gap. We need to continue what we’re doing by getting in front of students of all ages with the “From the Ground Up” initiative. We need to show them that there are really good jobs and lifelong careers in our industry. We also need to educate employers on how to attract and retain employees. The old systems just aren’t cutting it.
HOW HAVE YOUR EXPERIENCES IN THE BUILDING INDUSTRY INFLUENCED YOUR LIFE?
In a lot of ways construction is my life. Quite a few of my friends are in the construction industry. It’s hard to draw the line between work and personal because I am so passionate about what I do.
LASTLY, WHAT ARE YOUR INTERESTS/HOBBIES?
Camping, hunting,  shing, hiking & jeepingand party planning and being with my family!
WHY DO YOU WANT TO SERVE ON THE BAGI BOARD OF DIRECTORS?
If you want to be the best, you must surround yourself with the best.” As a member of BAGI I am surrounded by other fellow members who are experts in the industry. Also, I believe there is a lot of work to do with promoting our industry. I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work.
WHAT IS YOUR VISION AS A BOARD MEMBER? Besides continuing improving the product and services we provide the homeowners of Central Indiana, I feel like our industry provides a lot of jobs; not just entry level but careers that one can provide for a family and retire happily. We need to continue to close the gap of people’s perception of what a construction job really is.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO SERVE ON THE BAGI BOARD OF DIRECTORS?
To help the organization continue to reach the long term goals of safe and affordable housing in this uncertain time of changing governmental in uences.
WHAT IS YOUR VISION AS A BOARD MEMBER?
To educate the public as well as our membership of the advantages of homeownership as a way to secure the future for our families and our communities.
HOW ARE YOU CURRENTLY INVOLVED WITH BAGI?
I serve on the BAGI Board, Hancock County Council President, I serve as a State Director to the IBA and I am on several committees.
WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT POSITION AT WORK?
Business Manager for Weber Concrete
WHAT ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUES FACING THE RESIDENTIAL INDUSTRY AND HOW CAN BAGI ADDRESS THEM?
The ever increasing governmental regulations and fees through local municipalities.
The creep of government overreach in our day to day work activities.
HOW HAVE YOUR EXPERIENCES IN THE BUILDING INDUSTRY INFLUENCED YOUR LIFE?
It has showed me how planning and methodical structure makes the future easier to navigate.

Outdoor activities, antiques, travel and history.
