Garden Tour May 19 and 20, 2017
We return to Santa Rosa where 7 gardens and one home will be on display, whose owners have transformed their properties into unique expressions
of their vision of beauty in harmony with the natural environment. Our “footprint” is relatively small- central and northeast Santa Rosa- and most of the gardens are relatively compact, which will promote a leisurely experience, although as always the Tour can be spread out over the 2 days if desired.
We are continuing and expanding on our long tradition
of added attractions in the gardens. A variety of genres of live music will be performed by local youth. The medical community’s “Everyone has a Heart” art project creations will be on exhibit for viewing and purchase. Master Gardeners will be on hand to answer your most

Our Community Beneficiaries this year include the Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County, Hope Counseling, LifeWorks of Sonoma County, Redwood Empire Food Bank, The Living Room Center, and Verity. In addition, Garden Tour is a primary fundraiser for SCMAAF’s in house programs serving Sonoma County youth to combat bullying in schools and distracted driving, provide holiday gifts and computers to foster children, and award scholarships for students pursuing careers in the health professions.
