This year is the 17th year the Town of Windsor and the Windsor Farmers Market have worked together to bring the community the Summer Nights
on the Green Concert Series. The event has gone through exciting transitions over the years as Windsor has grown. In the beginning there was a center
stage concert every other week and the alternate week the Farmers Market would have smaller bands in the East Pavilion. After a few years the next step was for a center stage concert every other week and a family Movie Night
the alternating week with the Farmers Market there every week. The Market started to change as the crowds grew, needing more local meals-to-go to feed everyone. It was in 2010 that funding was cut for 12 concert nights and the Farmers Market stepped in and has produced the final 4 and some years final 3 concerts of the season since.
