19th Annual Reforestation Project
On Friday, January 8th and Saturday, January 9th , Forest Unlimited will be planting approximately 1,300 redwood
Area parking lot on Bohemian Highway directly across the road from (west of) the Rio Theater. We will carpool from there to the planting sites. On each day we will plant from around 9:45-12:30 and from 1:30-4:15.

The seedlings average about 16-inches in height (root ball included) and are not difficult to plant. These trees will be protected from future logging.
All equipment and a free indoor lunch, including drinks and snacks, will be provided. Vegetarian food will also be available to those who request it in advance.

Further information on the rendezvous location, appropriate attire, etc. will be sent to all volunteers. This is a fun event, and supervised children are welcome.
To date, this project has been responsible for the planting of over 26,000 trees in Sonoma County.
