WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
• Sign the listing contract, price property to sell.
• Make a punch list of things to do with Kerry, ie: de- clutter, start packing, hire professional carpet cleaner, paint, other contractors, etc...
• Kerry will stage the property to show like a model home, ready for photos/video, & appeal to the majority of buyers.
• When “photo ready”, we hire professional photographer to shoot a voice narrated, High Definition (HD) Full Motion Video & photos of the inside and exterior of the property for marketing.
• We will hire a professional company to install a professional custom real estate sign in the front lawn.
• We upload listing information to major sites, including enhanced photos & HD Video, to TReND (MLS), ListHub, Internet, & Social Media.
• Schedule catered Broker’s Open House. (Normally, the 2nd Tuesday from 12-2pm)
• Schedule Public Open House(s). (Normally, the 1st or 2nd Sunday afternoon)
