Fall Conference Agenda
Virtual Expo
From the Lobby, you can enter to visit with
the exhibitors. Once you enter the Virtual
Expo, find the company you want to connect
with by searching their name or scrolling
through the list. To enter a booth, click the
right arrow in the booth. Inside of the exhibitor
booth, you can view company details, find information the exhibitor has provided, chat with a company representative, set up an appointment to chat, or download any files they have available - all from their booth location. When you click on the company logo you will be diverted to their company website in a new page outside of the conference platform.
Gamification Rules & Point Distribution
• Attendees will gain 5 points by entering an exhibitor booth. *An attendee must stay in the booth for at least 20 seconds for the points to apply.
• Attendees will gain 1 point by entering an exhibitor booth again.
• Attendees will gain 5 points for downloading documents from an exhibitor booth. Five points per download will be applied.
• Attendees will gain 20 points by sending a message in the exhibitor’s booth chat. This will only be applied once per exhibitor booth.
• At the conclusion of the conference, ACEC/PA staff will review the leaderboard and all activity. The top players will be notified and awarded a prize!
Digital Connections Rooms
Networking in the digital world has changed in 2021. Connect “live” in the Digital Connections Rooms and do not miss out on interaction that an in-person conference provides to build relationships.
Visit the Digital Connections tab to view the
schedule. Each room holds up to 16 people on camera at the same time. If you join a Digital Connections Room and it is full, you can exit to join the next one.
